Respite of Hope provides short-term residential care and supportive services, including:

  • A safe, clean place to rest and recover
  • Nursing oversight and coordination of medical care
  • Medication management support
  • Case management and care coordination
  • Assistance with follow-up medical appointments
  • Meals and basic necessities
  • Connection to housing, benefits, and community resources
  • Patients’ home care agencies are permitted onsite for continued therapies as needed
  • Primary Care availability on site which includes chiro/acu, women’s health, PCP, psyche
  • IOP on site if SUD treatment is needed
  • Off site-gambling classes if needed, MAT
  • Bus stop within walking distance

Our goal is to support recovery, prevent hospital readmissions, and help individuals transition to appropriate housing or the next level of care.
