The Respite of Hope facility is located at 550 West Chalmers Avenue in Youngstown and aims to offer short-term residential care to those who are medically stable but lack safe housing needed to recover.

The program offers integrated case management and other support services that are designed to promote physical healing, housing stability and long-term wellbeing. Respite of Hope serves adults experiencing homelessness who are medically stable but too ill or frail to recover from an illness or injury on the streets or in a shelter. Individuals are referred from medical facilities and require a safe place to rest, heal, and stabilize while receiving ongoing medical support.
